You will be set up with a coach who will get to know you very well, everything is tailored to you as an individual. Each week you catch up with your coach to reflect on the week just been and plan ahead for the week coming.

Our conversations are not limited to food, we can talk about anything from training, relationships, sleep, sex, stress, periods and anything else that can help improve your overall health.

We want you to be all-in for 3 months! That really gives you time to establish the new habits and also be tested by a few of life's curveballs with your coach there to help you! If, however, you feel that it is not for you within the first 2 weeks, you can cancel.



This is where athletes are made. When you get your food right and your training right, it separates you from the pack. It changes everything.

You will get access to all the programming which means both the workout of the day track (suitable to do at home with limited equipment) and the competitors track. 

You will have your own nutrition coach for one-on-one coaching and you will be added to our private group where our CFL3 trainers will give you coaching and feedback on your training.

What to know when you sign up

We do not provide meal plans. The minimum subscription is 12 weeks. If you decide you want to cancel within the first 2 weeks, you can cancel obligation free. Beyond that, you agree to complete the full 12 week minimum term. Terminating your subscription early will incur fees. This is 1:1 coaching with weekly online check-ins.
