By the time I was in my late 20's, I was so tired of the yo-yo diets and misleading information and, not to mention, my own self-inflicted hate and obsession with my body that I had become so lost and confused that it took losing my period, being tired all the time, having emotional outbursts almost daily and breaking out in deep cystic adult acne to wake me up to the reality that was my body.

My body had been waving the white flag for a long time and I had ignored the signs.

When I entered my 30's, I wanted my body to be nourished but I kept finding information on how to starve it. I wanted to be at peace with my body but I kept being taught how to reject it.

I was exhausted.

I found my freedom from diet culture but I was talking to people who were still handcuffed to the obsession, the guilt and the shame around food and their bodies.

It was soul-crushing.

I realised that we are all struggling, yet none of us ever truly share the depths of the burden we are handed by society.

The fear of not being accepted, the inadequacy and the insecurities.

This belief that we are never enough when we are enough exactly as we are, it's the world around us that has mislead us, that has taught us how to hate ourselves.

I realised that it wasn't enough for me to unlearn all my shit, I had to redefine the diet industry.

It took up ALL of my mental energy.

And, I had been treating myself like an asshole. I spent 15 years trying to change my body and that realisation was a slap in the face.

I had no idea how to begin to accept it, let alone appreciate it.

I had spent all this time cutting things out and punishing my body. I had to learn how to bring nutrients in and respect my body.

I had to let go of the fantasy body and learn that I didn't have to like every inch of my skin in order to give it what it needed.

We needed a revolution.

This is the belief system that CFK Nutrition was built on.

We are the renegades.

It's more than just the food. It's about who you are as a human being.

Fuck the cookie-cutter diets and calculators.

We are coaches who want to understand your world.

No dogma. No short-cuts. No bullshit.

No more compromising our health to be skinny.

When you purchase the nutrition coach plan you agree to the terms and conditions.

You begin with a 12 week minimum.

That's the bare minimum commitment you mentally have to be on board for, this process contains a lot of unlearning (and many ups and downs along the way) so you need to remove your timeline. If you don't want to remove it, then you need to triple it to be more accurate.

If you think it's gong to take 3 months, it will actually take 9 months. And, I can tell you right now, our clients that have been with us for 12 months or more are easily the most successful.

The T&C's can be reviewed at

(under the about tab on our website).

A few key points;

1. While there is a 12 week minimum, it's not a 12 week program, this means payment continues unless you reach out and cancel before your payment comes out. No refunds, gang, so read up on the cancellation process.

2. We do not provide meal plans (and there's a good reason why), however, we have got six different guides for a week of eating based on different calories that your coach can provide you with.

3. We like to share our clients stories, for examples, social media posts and testimonials, if we do share your story, we may use your first name but not a photo.

Please read the rest of the webpage because who knows, maybe you're signing over your left kidney (totally joking) (or am I...?).

Not everyone will track their food, but many of us will need to track for 2 weeks if not 8-12 weeks, depending on your goals.

Tracking allows us to turn what you eat into data and better understand things like how much protein you are eating and how much fibre you get each day.

Your coach can see what you track so this is the ultimate form of accountability.

On your check-in day each week you will complete your personalised check-in form.

We want all the details, spill the tea, dish the goss and don't hold back. The more you open up in your check-ins, the more we can give you as coaches.

Every 6-8 weeks, we will schedule another call with you to catch up. We are invested in building a relationship with you and making it personal. We like to follow our clients on social media and get messages from them throughout the week.

Within 24 hours of your check-in, you will receive your feedback from your coach.

Feedback is often 500-1000+ words and always had a big focus on support and education. We want to identify the wins, give you something that you can work on for the upcoming week and help you understand the 'why'.

Sometimes you need the pull-your-socks-up coach and sometimes you need the we're-gonna-get-through-this coach. Either way, you coach endeavours to give you what you need for long-term success and sustainability.

Got it, thanks!

Feel free to ask any question here!

Initial commitment and cancelling

The minimum subscription is 12 weeks, the coaching will automatically continue beyond 12 weeks. If you decide you want to cancel within the first 2 weeks, you can cancel obligation free. Beyond that, you agree to complete the full 12 week minimum term. The subscription will continue beyond 12 weeks and be terminated upon the clients request. To cancel, please contact your coach or Terminating your subscription early will incur fees, the fee is the remaining balance of the minimum time requirement.

For example, if you have 6 weeks left of you 12 week initial commitment, you will cover the fees for 6 weeks if you wish to cancel. This is to help our coaches as the fee structure is built around what they charge across a three month period for a 1:1 service. It also covers the administration costs of cancelling a membership and then the subsequent loss in income for that coach.

Coaching expectations

This is 1:1 coaching with weekly online check-ins. There are no meal plans and there is no in-person coaching. Your coach wants to meet you where you are at, we are happy to discuss doing zoom calls, phone calls and other styles of check-ins, however the program is set up as online check-ins via email. Any requests need to be discussed and agreed upon with your coach.

Coach access

Our coaches work Monday to Friday with the odd weekend. They are available to you and you are welcome to reach out to them outside of your check-in, we typically take less than 24 hours to reply to you but we encourage our coaches to have boundaries around their time! Please be patient if you contact your coach late at night, early in the morning or on weekends, in these instances they may take more than 24 hours to respond to you.

Christmas break

We shut down the business for one week every year, this is during Christmas and New Years. Part of signing on with us means that you accept and agree to this, it allows our coaches, who are contractors, to take a week off once a year! At any other point, if your coach is unavailable, you will either be provided with another coach to cover for that period or your membership will be paused until your coach returns. This is extremely rare but can happen. We always endeavour to provide another coach temporarily before we leave you without a coach!

We are not doctors

CFK Nutrition does not offer services beyond it's scope of practice, any feedback provided should not be considered health or medical advice, we are nutrition coaches with the appropriate certificates, not specialists, dieticians or nutritionists. Always consult with your doctor or physician on any matters regarding your health.
