A 10-part video series on how to tackle food and your own eating psychology during the holidays. We arm you with better ways to think about food and how to remove the shame we can often experience when we feel like we have lost control of ourselves. This course is a basic introduction to our favourite tools we coach our clients with during breaks like Christmas and NYE. These can be really overwhelming times, especially if you have been indoctrinated with diet mentality and social conditioning of what you *should* eat.
