INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMMING - FAQ

WHAT IS THE DAILY TIME COMMITMENT?

It is one session a day. You can select one segment for the day and make it a 20-30 minute session or you can select all the segments of the day and it will be a 60-90 minute session.

The programming is Monday to Friday with conditioning on a Saturday. You have the ability to be flexible with how you spread out your 5 days of programming.

IS THE PROGRAMMING INDIVIDUALISED?

No, it is not programmed for the individual it is programmed for life. The feedback, however, it always individual. 

 

The needs of a competitive crossfitter and your grandma differ by degree, not kind. The programming has a variety of training stimulus with scaling options for beginners, intermediates and advanced athletes. 

HOW OFTEN DO I GET COACHING OR FEEDBACK BY YOU?

As often as you like. The feedback is athlete led, you will get out as much as you put in. You can post videos daily and receive feedback on every video. You can ask questions daily and receive answers to every question.

WHAT EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED?

Every workout has options for base, core and stack.

Base: Dumbbells, kettlebell, skipping rope, plyo box and resistance bands.

Core: base + barbell, plates, squat rack, low rings, medicine ball.

Stack: core + cardio machine, pull up bar.

HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE OR GET FEEDBACK?

Feedback happens in our private Facebook group. You can ask questions, upload videos and chat to CFL3 trainers there!

HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

If you are just using DB's for the base equipment then you don't need any experience. If you are doing core or stack, basic knowledge of how to perform the olympic lifts and some gymnastics movements is required.
