What's the difference between a senior coach and a standard coach?

A senior coach is like a senior hairstylist; they come with more experience and expertise plus they can fix the bangs you got from that other hair dresser. Our senior coaches have been coaching the longest, have worked with the most clients and have additional credentials on top of the Precision Nutrition Level 1 which is the baseline certificate at CFK.

Do I get to choose my coach?

If they have availability, yes. When you sign up, you will complete your intake form and that is where you can make a request for you preferred coach! If that coach is not available we will match you to the best coach who fits what you need.

How many clients does each coach have?

All of our coaches typically have between 20-30 clients, this makes spots very limited but allows the coach to offer the best possible service and really get to know their clients. We prefer keeping the number of clients low to preserve the quality of the coaching.
